Rigidisers are typically used to resist the dislocation or displacement of a sensitive connection during transport / loading. R.B.Ross has manufactured custom rigidisers for a myriad of geometries. Our in-house engineering team can assess and simulate the design performance with a high degree of accuracy.
We have our own modular rigidiser, industry trialled and tested, which is capable of supporting both a shear sub and a latch, whilst being separable to allow for independent usage cases. It is 40% lighter than the traditional rigidiser set-up for such applications.
